Guilty plea in sexual assault
A Charleston man has pleaded guilty to sexual assault. Police say 23-year-old Carl Mosley broke into a woman’s home on Washington Street East last November. He held the woman at gunpoint and forced himself on her. Mosley will be sentenced in September. He faces 10 to 25 years in prison.
