Man accused of pointing a gun at a 13-year-old

An Oak Hill man is in jail for pointing a gun at his girlfriend’s 13-year-old child. Thirty-nine-year-old Lloyd Smith is accused of verbally threatening and pointing a gun at the child. He faces a felony charge of child neglect.
