Taking out the trash may cost more. The Charleston City Council will consider a bill that raises the city’s refuse fee from 15-dollars to 18-dollars a month. Mayor Danny Jones says the increased is needed if the city is going to continue providing trash bags to residents at a cost of 400-thousand-dollars a year.
