25 Percent of pregnant women smoke in WV

The Centers for Disease control says West Virginia has the highest number of pregnant women who smoke. A new report shows that one in 14 pregnant women smoke nationwide, but that number is much higher in the Mountain State. More than 25-percent of pregnant women smoked in West Virginia.
