WV Supreme Court tour postponed

The House Judiciary Committee postponed a tour of the state Supreme Court until media representatives are allowed to accompany them. The Court said it would not allow photography or video of the tour that was planned for Friday. Lawmakers expressed concern and wanted the media included to provide a nonpartisan analysis.
