WV Senate race a dead heat

A new poll shows the West Virginia Senate race is essentially a dead heat. The Public Opinion Strategies’ poll shows Democrat Joe Manchin with a one percent lead over Attorney General Patrick Morrisey. Before the vote on Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Manchin had a 12-point lead in a poll in mid-September.
