WV Secretary of State sends out warning about cybersecurity
The West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office sent out a warning to political candidates and campaigns about cybersecurity. The notice comes a day after reports of a Russian intelligence agency targeting Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill through an email phishing scheme. Secretary of State Mac Warner and Homeland Security hosted a forum in Morganton earlier this week on voting security.
