WV Governor’s residence lawsuit filed with Supreme Court

The lawsuit over where Governor Jim Justice lives may be headed to the Supreme Court. Delegate Isaac Sponaugle filed the lawsuit with the Supreme Court yesterday. Sponaugle claims the state Constitution requires the Governor to reside at the seat of government. A Kanawha Circuit Court dismissed the case last week.
