Woman says she took meth before crashing into house

A woman confessed to taking meth before she crashed her car into a house in St. Albans early Tuesday morning. Hannah Parsons is being treated for injuries she suffered in the wreck, and police say she’ll be taken into custody when she’s released from the hospital.
