Woman pleads guilty in overdose death
A Cabell County woman pleaded guilty to causing the overdose death of another woman. Thirty-one-year-old Misty Chapman pleaded guilty to drug delivery resulting in death, a new statute that went into effect last year. Prosecutors say Rachael Chaney died in 2014 after Chapman injected her with drugs. Chapman is on home confinement pending sentencing.
