Winter 5K Series Starts This Weekend

The Charleston-based Fix ’Em Clinic will benefit from this winter season’s Kanawha Valley 5K race series. The clinic provides affordable, high-volume spay and neuter services, among other things. The 5K series starts this Saturday with the “Pay It Forward” race in St. Albans at the Fire Station on Sixth Avenue. Runners who finish will be encouraged to use the cash prize to pay it forward.
