West Virginia is not the place for millennials

West Virginia is the second worst state in the country for millennials. A new Wallet Hub study looked at 30 key metrics to determine the most livable places for this generation and the Mountain State came in 50th. The best place for millennials is the District of Columbia, the worst is New Mexico.
