Wednesday to Honor President George H.W. Bush; Schools Closed

West Virginia state offices and all county school systems will be closed today as a day of remembrance for President George H.W. Bush. Several county governments also are closing in observance. Gov. Jim Justice announced that the day will be considered a state holiday as a tribute to the president, whose funeral service is scheduled 11 a.m. in Washington, D.C.
