Walker will stay in office

West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Beth Walker has been acquitted of impeachment charges. Senators approved a resolution to publicly reprimand and censure Walker. Walker said senators believe she should work to implement reforms to “improve the administration of the court and to prevent future inappropriate expenditures.”
