Txt 4 Success is a success

The College Foundation of West Virginia’s “Txt 4 Success” program is a success. The sevice sends information regarding state financial aid deadlines and general college reminders to high school seniors and college freshmen. The numbers show that nearly seven percent more students are likely to stay in college through the first year since the service was started four years ago.
