Two suspects wanted in Portsmouth shooting

Police are looking for a man and woman who were involved in a shooting in Portsmouth, Ohio. It happened Friday morning on Labold Avenue. Two people were riding ATV’s when a car pulled up with two people inside. A man got out and started firing at the ATV riders. One man was hit in the arm. He was treated for minor injuries. The shooter is identified as 39-year-old Douglas Jones, and the car was driven by 35-year-old Staci Sowards. The suspects are on the run and should be considered armed and dangerous.
