Ten-month-old tests positive for meth

A ten-month-old baby is in the hospital after ingesting meth. His mother, 24-year-old Miranda Taylor, is facing child neglect charges. The baby’s grandmother called 911 because of the child’s unusual behavior. Deputies had to take the baby from Taylor to transport him to the hospital where he tested positive for methamphetamine.
