Oldsmar’s Mayor is pitching his city as the next home of the Tampa Bay Rays. Doug Bevis says the north Pinellas County location has the right roads, land and fans. He plans to share more in a news conference next week. Team officials have been looking on both sides of Tampa Bay for a new stadium site.
