Supreme Court Justice resigns
West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Menis Ketchum is resigning. Ketchum says he will retire from the court effective July 27th. Ketchum’s resignation and the suspension of Loughry will leave the court with three active justices. Governor Jim Justice says his staff is working to fill the vacancies.
