Stolen wagon and toy gun lead to arrest

A bizarre incident on the West Side involving a stolen wagon and a toy gun…A homeowner called police when a man stole a wagon out of her backyard. Police located the suspect near Kroger, and called for backup after seeing, what they now know, was a toy gun. The man took off when he was questioned by officers, and police used a stun gun to stop him. He suffered minor injuries, and is facing multiple charges.
