State of Emergency Over

West Virginia’s State of Emergency is over. It had been in place since just after the June 23rd flooding and allowed for additional resources to recover from the mess. Clay, Greenbrier, Kanawha, Nicholas and Greenbrier counties had been covered under the declaration but it expired on Friday. Officials say the emergency may be over but the recovery is far from complete.
