Shooting victim related to gas station robbery

Police are investigating after a person walked into Thomas Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound late Wednesday night. The shooting happened at the Vandalia Apartments near Joplin Park, and is related to a robbery at a gas station on MacCorkle Avenue. The victim is being transported to CAMC.
