Search continues for man who posed as city worker
The manhunt continues for a convicted sex offender who posed as a Charleston sanitation worker to steal from an elderly woman’s home. Forty-seven-year-old Willis Caudill is wanted for similar crimes in Bluefield, Huntington, and Lesage. Last week Caudill stole an elderly woman’s purse and used the victims credit card to make purchases from Dunbar to Huntington.
