Roane County Adds ‘In God We Trust’ to Cruisers

Decals saying “In God we Trust” are going to be added to sheriff’s deputy cruisers in Roane County. Despite controversy over the decal, WCHS TV says Roane County Commissioners voted unanimously to allow the stickers on the cruisers. The decals cost less than $100 in total and came from the vehicle maintenance budget. County officials say they plan on opening up the option for all county departments to add the same phrase to any other county vehicles too.
