Ripley man charged in hit-and-run

A Ripley man has been charged in a hit-and-run investigation. Forty-three-year-old John Hall is accused of hitting and injuring a bicyclist Tuesday night on State Route 21. Hall left the scene, but later turned himself in. The bicyclist is hospitalized in serious condition.
