Reserve money

West Virginia is on solid ground when it comes to reserve operating expenses. A new study by the “Pew Charitable Trusts” says in general, states have less reserve money in this day and age compared to just before the Great Depression. However, West Virginia is in better shape than most. It was one of six states that finished 2015 with more than 100 days of operating costs in reserves.
