Quick moving storm causes flash flooding
A strong, quick moving storm moved through the area last night, causing flash flooding and knocking out power. Some parts of St. Albans and Dunbar got more than two-inches of rain in just fifteen minutes. In St. Albans, strong winds lifted a fireworks tent into utility lines. More than 27-hundred Appalachian Power customers lost power Sunday evening.
