Putnam County School Employee Faces Charges

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office said a Putnam County Schools’ employee was arrested on drug charges. Virginia Priestley of Hurricane was charged with methamphetamine possession, among other charges. Putnam County Schools said Priestley is a service personnel employee. She was pulled over for a traffic stop Tuesday on U.S. 52 in Crum and deputies made the arrest.
