Porsmounth shooting suspect in custody
The suspect in a fatal Portsmouth shooting is in custody. Police arrested 36-year-old Nathan Stiltner Sunday afternoon. He’s accused of shooting and killing 37-year-old Douglass Thackston at an apartment on Thomas Avenue. An investigation is ongoing.
