Police identify woman who stole DOH truck

Police have identified the woman who stole a DOH truck over the weekend. A warrant has been issued for 34-year-old Elizabeth Clay. She’s accused for stealing a truck from the DOH garage on Pennsylvania Avenue on Saturday.
