Pipeline protesters will stay in the trees

Mountain Valley Pipeline protesters will stay in the trees. A judge ruled yesterday that Mountain Valley didn’t provide enough evidence that protesters are in the way of an over three-hundred mile route through the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests. Protesters are living on platforms in the trees along the pipeline’s intended path.
