Perjury charges

Perjury charges are being filed against a juror who allegedly lied to the court. Tanqira Payne was serving on a murder case in Charleston but is accused of having her picture taken at the crime scene without permission from the court. Prosecutors say she lied when she was later questioned about what she had done. The case ended in a mistrial.
