Money for justice system

Grant money is being pumped into the West Virginia justice system. Governor Tomblin said the nearly nine-and-a-half-million dollars will help expand services to victims of crime, put programs in place to help at-risk youth get back on track and prepare parents with the life skills to raise families. This funding will be used to develop new programming and enhance existing initiatives.
