PEIA will use rainy day fund to freeze insurance rates

The Public Employees Insurance Agency Finance Board approved a benefits plan to freeze employee premiums at current levels. The full House passed legislation that would use 29-million-dollars from the rainy day fund to freeze insurance rates for 17-months.
