Parents accused of abusing disabled adult son

A mother and stepfather are accused of abusing their disabled adult son. Thirty-nine-year-old Herbert Boyles and 40-year-old Christina Boyles are charged with abuse or neglect of an incapacitated adult. Police say the 21-year-old man was tied up in a metal cage, malnourished, and sprayed with cleaning chemicals. The parents were taken into custody. The victim was taken to a local hospital.
