Nursing home found guilty of negligence and recklessness

A Mason County nursing home has been found guilty of negligence and recklessness. Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation was found guilty in the case of 72-year-old Gladys Gerlach, who died at the nursing home in 2012. She choked death and her death wasn’t discovered for two hours. The verdict against the nursing home is over 900-thousand-dollars.
