New Senior Center
A new four-story senior living center is on the drawing board for Charleston. The municipal planning committee has given approval to a process that will open the door for Smith/Packett Med-Com of Roanoke, Virginia, to build the facility off of Corridor G near the Kanawha County Metro 911’s headquarters. The property would contain 90 independent living units, 64 classified as assisted living, and another 34 designated for memory care.
