Music Venue for All Ages Gets Ready to Reopen

One of Charleston’s up-and-coming music venues is getting ready to re-open. The director of the Charleston Music & Arts Collective told Eyewitness News that they’ve been hard at work restoring The Bakery, and they’re almost finished. That’s a music venue for all ages. The State Fire Marshal determined the building was not up to code over the summer and that shut down The Bakery, but contractors and volunteers have been making the necessary changes and it will be ready for a final inspection next month.
