More charges against Loughry
Suspended state Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry is facing additional federal criminal counts. A federal grand jury handed up a second superseding indictment containing two new counts of wire fraud. Loughry now faces a 25-count federal indictment. He was named in seven of the eleven Articles of Impeachment approved by the House of Delegates.
