Missing woman’s body found in a ditch

Putnam County deputies are investigating after a woman’s body was found in a ditch on Lafayette Drive. Officials believe it’s the body of Tina Mullens who was recently reported missing. Officers say Mullens appears to have slipped on a rock while she was trying to cross a creek. No foul play is expected.
