Miss West Virginia Sets Education as Her Platform

Miss West Virginia United States Chelsi Rose is sharing her experience being crowned last Saturday at Fairmont State University and her hopes for the year ahead. Rose currently owns FST Images at the age of 23, which is a marketing and media group out of Parkersburg. Rose was recently crowned Miss West Virginia and says her platform will be working toward inclusive education in schools, which special education needs in mind.
