Marmet couple charged with child neglect

A Marmet couple is charged with child neglect…Elvis and Amy Grose face child neglect and drug charges. Police found Amy Grose passed out on the kitchen floor with a 10-year-old child in the house. Elvis Grose was found passed out at a restaurant, and appeared to be under the influence. Both are being held at South Central Jail.
