Manchin addresses the opioid crisis

Senator Joe Manchin is addressing the opioid crisis. He was part of a hearing yesterday looking into why 780-million pain pills were distributed in West Virginia between 2007 and 2012. Manchin pointed out that, that’s more than 430 hydrocodone and oxycodone pills for every man, woman and child in the state.
