Man shot in the back in Institute

A man is recovering after a shooting in Institute. The victim was at an apartment complex, on Solon Court, when someone jumped him and tried to take his cell phone. When the man ran away he was shot in the back. The victim is being treated for non-life threatening injuries, and police are looking for a suspect.
