Man pleads guilty to carjacking an ambulance
A Kanawha County man accused of carjacking an ambulance has pleaded guilty. Forty-one-year-old Scott Marshall pleaded guilty to grand larceny and battery. He’s accused of stealing an ambulance with an EMS worker in the back last October. Marshall will be sentenced in September.
