Man escapes police cruiser in handcuffs

A Chapmanville man arrested on drug charges escaped out of a police cruiser and fled on foot while still in handcuffs. Jesse Stollings was apprehended the next day, still in cuffs. Stollings is facing drug and weapons charges.
