Loughry pleads not guilty to additional charge
West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry has pleaded not guilty to federal charges in a new indictment. Loughry was in U.S. Magistrate Court yesterday charged in a 23-count superseding indictment that adds an addition obstruction charge. Loughry remains free on 10-thousand-dollars bond. His trial is set for October 2nd.
