Local Kmarts closing
Two Kmart stores in the Tri-State area are closing. The Patrick Street Kmart in Charleston and the Stevens Boulevard Kmart in Grayson, Kentucky are set to close by the end of the year. The stores are among the 142 unprofitable stores that Sears plans to close as part of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing it announced on Monday.
