Legislators want to oversee the State Supreme Court

West Virginia lawmakers are considering a proposal to allow the legislature to oversee the State Supreme Court. A constitutional amendment was introduced Friday after reports of questionable spending at the high court. The State Supreme Court Justices’ asked lawmakers for a nearly 140-milllion dollar operating budget.
