Justice family owes back taxes in Kentucky
Coal companies controlled by West Virginia Governor Jim Justice’s family owe millions of dollars in delinquent Kentucky property taxes. The Kentucky Fuel Corporation is behind nearly two-million-dollars on real estate, mining equipment and coal reserves. Justice’s son and daughter run the company, and are negotiating a settlement.
